Silent Disco meets Ecstatic Dance on a secret rooftop in Vienna.

How about a mindful party on a secret rooftop in the heart of Vienna?
In its most basic definition ecstatic dance is a free-form dance movement inspired and led by carefully crafted music with the intention of creating a journey through a meditative state of mind. The music follows a wave form, starting slow, moving to a peak, and descending into stillness. Ecstatic dance is an environment without observers, judgements, posturing, attitudes, conversations, shoes, alcohol, fragrances or smoke. This is the dance you dance when nobody is watching. Allowing your body to move freely without judgments or concerns for the “grace” or beauty of the dance, just getting lost in the dance into a space of no-mind.

As the event will be outdoor on a private rooftop in the heart of Vienna, we will use silent disco headphones to deeply dive into the tunes, surrendering to the beat.
After the dance there will be a long Savasana so your body can melt into stillness, just feeling the warm summer breeze on your skin.

We will have cool (alcohol free) drinks afterwards. The secret location will be sent to you on the event day in the morning so you have enough time to find your way there - it will be close to the first district ;-)
