MAMA&BABY PILATES
This Pilates Mat class with workout elements is especially for you, if you are a new Mama (recommended 8-10 weeks after giving birth). We will work on the strengthening of the pelvic floor, helping your whole body to tone and strengthen. Be ready to sweat and boost your mama body <3
Bring your baby with you - we will build it in to the workout. Also bring a mat with you as it is an outdoor activity.
PS: Event will take place even with “not so nice” weather as we are underneath the temple.
