10H Advanced Reformer Add-On – Teaching Methodology

This 10-hour advanced module is designed for certified Reformer teachers who want to refine their teaching voice, sharpen their eye for movement and deepen their understanding of class design and cueing.

Through a blend of theory, practice and teaching labs, we’ll explore the art of creating intelligent, seamless Reformer sequences that challenge and inspire your clients. You’ll learn how to adapt your teaching to different levels, bodies and needs – maintaining both safety and creativity in every class.

Key focuses include:

• Developing confident, clear and empowering cueing

• Building progressive sequences with purpose and flow

• Reading the body and offering effective verbal adjustments

• Class structure and energy management

• Finding your authentic teaching voice

This add-on training bridges technical skill and intuitive teaching, helping you elevate your classes from simply instructing movement to truly guiding transformation.
