CAKE & FLOW

Our Sunday Shine Morning Flow is the perfect way to start into your day if you are into creative Vinyasa Flow Yoga. We combine strong and fluid movement with breath and meditation. Savasana underneath the open sky with all the sounds of nature surrounding you is a wonderful new experience.

After the flow there will be a piece of vegan protein cake waiting for you to nourish and recharge after our flow.

PS: Event will take place even with “not so nice” weather as we are underneath the temple.
