    We will go through a questionnaire together and find out about your current habits.

    Afterwards I will provide you a tailored meal plan and food suggestions following your specific needs.

  • After you’ve received your personalized TCM meal plan, it’s important to check in and review your progress. This package of three follow-up consultations is designed to help you:

    • Discuss how the meal plan is working for you

    • Address any changes in symptoms or new health concerns

    • Adjust your plan to better fit your lifestyle, preferences, and evolving needs

    • Celebrate progress and improvements while identifying areas for further support

    Each session is conducted online, making it convenient and flexible for your schedule. These follow-ups ensure that your TCM nutrition plan continues to support your health effectively, providing ongoing guidance and accountability.

if you need to reschedule your appointment please be so kind as to let me know at least 24h prior to it. Otherwise I would have to charge 50% up to 12h before and 100% after 12h prior to our session.
