In this workshop you will learn how to make your own Mala. You will have the chance to choose from a variety of different crystal beads, colors and Guru Stones. So you can create your very own and unique Mala necklace. You will learn about the history of Malas, why we use 108 beads and what a Guru bead is.

Making your own Mala will train yourself and your mind to calm, to stick to the process and you will sink into kind of a meditative state of mind after a while.
