The experience begins with Kriya practices guided by Jonathan — powerful yet meditative breath and movement sequences that purify the energy channels and awaken prana, your inner life force. As the breath deepens, energy begins to flow, creating space and clarity within.
With your heart open and energy awakened, Ulrike will guide you into a gentle Cacao Ceremony, inviting you to connect to the heart through the medicine of raw ceremonial cacao. The ritual opens the senses and softens the emotional body, preparing you to receive the healing vibrations of sound.
We’ll close the evening with a Crystal Bowl Sound Bath, where waves of frequency and resonance wash through the body, bringing deep calm, restoration, and inner harmony.
