MOVE ON
CLOSING THE YEAR RETREAT
05.-08. December 2026

Closing one chapter with awareness.
Creating space through movement and stillness.
Listening inward and trusting what wants to emerge.

MOVE ON RETREAT
PÖLLAU

what is awaiting you?

Through a carefully held blend of somatic yoga, breathwork, meditation and shaking practices, you are invited to move, feel and gently unwind accumulated tension. Physically, emotionally and energetically. A heart-opening cacao ceremony offers a ritual space to connect inward, soften the heart, and set intentions for what wants to emerge.

This retreat is not about pushing forward—but about honoring your journey.
About integrating the lessons of the past year.
About arriving in the present moment with honesty and care.

You are invited to release the weight you’ve been carrying and step into the new year feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to yourself.

Our days begin in stillness and presence.
Morning practices include meditation, pranayama, journaling and vinyasa yoga, awakening the body and inviting awareness and clarity.

Afternoons and evenings are devoted to deeply restorative practices - Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Nidra - supporting nervous system regulation, rest and integration. Equally, RELEASE & RENEW stands for conscious intention. Through ritual and reflection, you are invited to close the old year with awareness and step forward with clarity. A guided Vision Board workshop offers a creative and embodied way to connect with what wants to grow in the year ahead - giving form to your intentions, desires, and inner knowing. Not from pressure or expectation, but from a grounded place of alignment.
