MOVE to Ground is a yoga and somatics retreat created to help you reconnect with your body, your breath and the natural rhythms that support you. Set amidst the rolling vineyards of southern Styria, this retreat invites you to step out of everyday life and return to a sense of stability, presence, and inner calm.
Lenka and Ulrike guide you through grounding yoga and somatic practices that invite you to move with awareness, curiosity and care. The practices are designed to support your nervous system, deepen body awareness and help you feel safe, steady, at home within yourself. Movement becomes less about form and more about listening.
Beyond the mat, nature becomes an essential part of the experience. We explore the landscape together on a mindful hike, allowing the rhythm of walking to anchor us in the present moment. During forest bathing, you are invited to slow your senses, breathe deeply and be held by the natural world.
One evening, we gather for kirtan, a shared experience of sound, voice, and vibration. Through chanting together, the heart softens, connection deepens and a sense of belonging naturally arises.
MOVE TO GROUND is not about fixing or achieving. It is about remembering how it feels to be rooted, regulated and connected. You will leave feeling steadier, clearer, and gently reconnected to yourself.
